Role: Taxi Marshal/night patrol

Location: Coventry City Centre

Pay rate £14phr

Typical hours: Friday & Saturday: 22:00 – 04:00

Job description:

• To provide a friendly and helpful face to your city.  Dressed smartly, approachable and with good communication skills.
• Help to keep the night-time economy successful by ensuring the city centre is safe and welcoming to visitors.  
• Using conflict management and customer care to diffuse and de-escalate situations and providing first aid if required.
• Working with local businesses to keep them informed of any problems or troublemakers.  
• To provide support to anyone in distress or in a vulnerable situation, ensuring they remain safe.
• Help to prevent and reduce crime by liaising with Police and the local authority.

Essential Experience

• Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders.
• First aid at work

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Coventry city centre/ inner ring road area is preferred.
