Job description - Steward for Football Games in CAMBRIDGE (Part Time 5hr Shifts)

*********If you already have had this training then proof will be needed*******

We are recruiting for passionate people to work with us at our clients and help keep our crowds safe.

Working within a team environment, all stewards must be able to adapt to crowd situations as they arise.

Overview:

• · Salary: £11.44 per hour
• · Job Type: Part time position
• · Location: Cambridge
•  5hr Shifts -  Tuesdays/Fridays/Saturdays and Occasional Mondays - 
•   Days and Evenings work 

Main Duties of Steward

• Monitor and control event entrances.
• Monitoring and reporting any problems connected with safety of events visitors.
• Support evacuation of the event area during fire alarm situations
• Monitor suspicious packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures.
• Report all allegations of theft, criminal damage, and other incidents.
• Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication & customer service skills

· Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail

· A full five-year checkable employment history
