We are seeking a reliable and career-oriented SIA Licensed Door Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team in Carlisle.

What We Offer:
- Flexible part-time hours (12+ per week)
- A minimum hourly rate of £13.45 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £12.00 and indicative holiday pay of £1.45. Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and patrons by monitoring entrance and exit points.
- Conduct thorough security checks to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Manage crowds and maintain order during busy evenings and events.
- Respond rapidly to incidents, providing appropriate guidance and support to ensure safety.
- Liaise with emergency services when necessary, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service and guest experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate logs of events during your shift.

Must Haves:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Experience in a security role preferred, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, accommodating our busy schedules.
