Security Concierge, Leeds

We are seeking dedicated and professional Front Desk Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manning the Front Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring smooth entry and exit processes.
• Patrols and Access Control: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and maintain strict access control to secure areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Alarm Response: Respond promptly to all alarm activation, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, personal attack alarms, and equipment alarms. Take appropriate action and notify relevant authorities as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all individuals entering the building, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate locations or personnel.
