Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security team, ensuring that the required standards are met.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Supervising the on site teams to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered – The teams consist of 1 x Security team and 1 x Cleaning team
• Ensure daily tasks are provided to the teams and completed by deadlines
• Building and maintaining a professional relationship with tenants and the management team
• Undertaking site inspections and checks
• Carry out regular on site patrols of the centre – open air centre
• Providing a customer focused service, maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Driving the service excellence standard throughout the team
• Continually monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team to ensure the required standards of delivery are exceeded
• Constantly looking for innovative ideas to add value and to make the service delivery more effective
• Ensure staffing levels are kept in line with the contractual agreement, recruiting as required
• Maintaining effective and accurate communication
• Ensure that Westgrove’s and the centre’s Health and Safety Policy is implemented, maintained and regularly reviewed in line with the needs of the business and any legislative change
• Ensure equipment is maintained and regularly inspected
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
