Door Supervisor - Bedford

We have exciting opportunities in a range of bars, pubs and clubs for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector.

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the BEDFORD area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• This is a part-time role
• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 12-15 hours per week
• Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours
• It is a PAYE position - not self-employed
• Check location of job role and if transportation is needed (you will need to organise this yourself to get to the shift)

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
• Hold a full clean driving licence

Subject to meeting the above criteria, we are happy and keen to offer you the flexibility some Door Supervisors require. We understand some people want regular shifts at the same venues, but other workers engage with us on an ad hoc basis - we can offer the flexibility to meet both these requirements.
