Recruitment Day - For Eastbourne Sport Event - June 2025

**Sporting Event in Eastbourne**

 Door Supervisor Badge or Close Protection Badge is essential 

We are recruiting for passionate people to work with us at sporting events in Eastbourne throughout the summer and help keep our crowds safe.

Working within a team environment, all applicants must be able to adapt to crowd situations as they arise.

Interviews for this event will be held at the below location. 

Tuesday 4th March 2025 - The Old Punch Bowl, 101 High St, Crawley RH10 1DD  - 12pm - 8pm

Please apply and one of the team will be in touch to book your slot at the location that suitable. You will be booked in for a 30 mins slot. 

If you already have done some Spectator Training then proof will be needed 

Overview:

• · Salary: Door Supervisor - £13.50- £14:00
•   Salary Close Protection - Daily rate to be discussed (depending upon experience) 

Role :

• · Job Type: Part time position
• · Location: Eastbourne 
•   5hr-12hr Shifts 
•   Days and Evenings work 
•   SIA DS/CP Badge is essential 
• · A full five-year checkable employment history will be required

Main Duties :

• Monitor and control event entrances.
• Monitoring and reporting any problems connected with safety of events visitors.
• Support evacuation of the event area during fire alarm situations
• Monitor suspicious packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures.
• Report all allegations of theft, criminal damage, and other incidents.
• Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication & customer service skills

· Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail
