QSR – Door Supervisor 

As the Door Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees through effective management of the venue.

You will be an experienced Door Supervisor at a fast-food venues in ABERDARE area, making sure they carry out all tasks relating to the security of the venue, customers and employees. 

Job Specification: 

• This is a part-time role.
• Midweek shifts - 6pm-10pm
• It will be between 12-15 hours per week.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND
• Check location of job role and if transportation is needed (you will need to organise this yourself to get to the shift)

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain order on the premises 
• Deal with and manage difficult conflict situations 
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrols 
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed at all times 
• Crowd control 
• Ensure the safety and security of the venue, staff and visitors 
• Supervising customer arrivals and departures 

Requirements 

• Must own a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence 
• Have at least 3 years experience of security work 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of the role. 
• Ability to lead and motivate security staff  
• Ability to act quickly and respond to emergency situations

We understand some people want regular shifts at the same venues, but other workers engage with us on an ad hoc basis - we can offer the flexibility to meet both these requirements.
