Control Room Supervisor

KEY RESPSONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to the control room manager

2. To monitor smart task and ensure all shifts are covered.

3. To ensure that check calls are completed on time and any missed calls are to be checked with the officer on site. Any missed calls are to be annotated on the night report for follow up by the relevant Operations Manager.

4. Any blow outs are to be chased up and covered by control. All blow outs to be notified via the night report to the relevant Operations Manager.

5. Ensure control room rosters are put on to smart task. Compile rosters for site visits.

6. Manage control in the absence of control room manager.

7. When fitted ensure the Company CCTV is monitored closely and any incidents reported in line with Company reporting procedure?

8. To carry out daily arbitration on smart task

9. Check all rosters are uploaded to smart task 2 weeks before month end, any missing rosters are to be chased via the relevant Operations Manager.

10. To monitor and visit sites and carry out welfare checks and site security audit via smart task.

KPI’s: CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR

1. To report all incidents which occur on site to the relevant Operations Manager

2. To ensure all blow outs are reported by email to the Operations Manager via the night report.

3. Any discrepancies on smart task are to be reported to the relevant Operations Manager

4. Any gaps on smart task are to be assigned by control and reported to the Operations Manager

5. Compile a night report to be sent at 0700 each day.

6. Any non-conformities to the site audit after visiting are to be communicated to the relevant Operations Manager

7. To ensure all Nottingham Security Officer shifts are confirmed with the relevant officer by close of play the preceding Friday. for the following week

8. All ad hoc shifts for Nottingham are to be annotated on smart task and allocated as necessary.

9. To ensure that the control room is clean and tidy ready for handover/take over and that any outstanding tasks have been passed on for completion.

Please note the successful candidate must be able to drive and have a full valid UK drivers licence
