Level 3 Spectator Safety - Steward Supervisor

Job description

SafeCrowds Group is actively recruiting Level 3 Spectator Safety Response Supervisors to join our team across our stadium portfolio in London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the Response team to ensure the safety and security of all spectators.

- Act in accordance with the general recommendations outlined in the Green Guide to uphold high safety standards.

- Effectively manage and respond to incidents, utilising trained conflict management skills.

- Work throughout all stadium areas, including concourses, seating areas, and external zones.

- Collaborate with other safety personnel to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License.

- Proven experience as a Response team member in a spectator safety role.

- Trained in conflict management techniques.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is £18 per hour, paid on a PAYE basis only, along with full employment benefits.
