Shift pattern

• 4 on 4 off days 7am to 7pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•  Monitoring and responding cctv alerts
• Work closely with site security officers to ensure the safety and security of the premises, customers, and colleagues
• Answering alarm calls on the phone
• Speaking to staff and clients on the phone
• Using radios to communicate with staff on the ground
• Report writing

 Requirements 

• A Valid SIA Licence - CCTV licence 
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Must be reliable and punctual
• computer literate

Beneficial but not essential

• Driving license - full UK manual 
• DS license
