Female Door Supervisor - Liverpool

We have an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a females only to work in a range of bars, pubs and clubs for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector.

We are keen to speak with FEMALES who have a SIA licensed Door Supervisor badge in and around the LIVERPOOL area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• £12 - £13 Hr rate depending on experience 
• WE DO NOT DO CASH IN HAND
• This is a part-time role
• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 12-15 hours per week
• Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours
• It is a PAYE position - not self-employed
• Check location of job role and if transportation is needed (you will need to organise this yourself to get to the shift)

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
• Hold a full clean driving licence
