Mobile Response Officer

The Mobile Response Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of designated premises and personnel. This position involves responding to incidents, conducting surveillance, locking, unlocking of premises and responding to Alarm activations . The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and a proactive approach to security, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Elite Security Group has been running for 24 years, we have an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding mobile services team due to new business gains.

We are looking for the right individual to join our Security Mobile Response team working from our Cardiff office covering mobile Security Operations in the Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding areas.

Shift - PartTime - Mainly nights with the occasional day shift over a weekend. Also flexible working pportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with the public.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• A valid driver's licence is required for mobile response duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Locking and unlocking customers premises
• Patrolling sites
• Responding to alarm activations across the area.

Role Requirements

• Previous mobile patrol experience preferably but not essential.
• Good written and spoken English,
• Ability to use Microsoft office and mobile Security apps.

**Must hold a full UK manual driving licence and 5 years checkable work history.**

Wages are £11.44 per  hour
