Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Hours: Full-time (shifts vary between 12:00 pm and 3:00 am; full flexibility required)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Front of House / Host Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a refined and fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure their safety and security upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and approachable demeanour.
• Monitor access control, including the use of security scanners (training provided if necessary).
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to uphold the highest standards of excellence.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Significant experience as a Front of House security officer.
• A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor).
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
• Experience using security scanners is desirable but not essential (training provided).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and shifts between 12:00 pm and 3:00 am.
• Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the standards of a Michelin-starred environment.
