Security Receptionist

LOCATION: Ellesmere Port - CH65

Position: Security Admin/Receiption 

Pay Rate: £13.55 per hour 

Hours: 50hrs Monday to Friday days

Due to ongoing and continued success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and forward-thinking security officer, to join our team at our site in Ellesmere Port, you should have good communication skills, look smart and have experience within the security industry.

This is a front of house job and will require someone with a welcoming manner. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Job Overview 

As a Security Receptionist, you will be the first person a visitor meets or speaks with on the phone. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Opening the main receptin at 7.30am, greet and receive visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Issue visitor passes and ensure that visitors are signed in and out 
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and guests are directed appropriately 
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internal and external calls and emails 
• Liaise with the right department on fault reporting
• Maintain reports for incidents 

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence 
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication 
• Good I.T skills and report writing 
• Presentable and professional 
• Friendly, approachable and professional 
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations 
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Suitable method of transport
• Customer Service experience
• An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
