Security Officer in Coventry

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a professional and highly presentable Security Officer to join our growing team in Coventry. This is a frontline role where you will be expected to demonstrate a strong physical presence, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols and site inspections
• Monitor CCTV systems (where applicable)
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Deliver a visible deterrent and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors

Person Specification:

• Excellent standard of spoken, written, and reading English
• Physically fit and able to stand, patrol, and monitor for up to 12 hours per shift
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate confidently and clearly
• Smart appearance and high standards of personal presentation
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a professional service

Technical Requirements:

• Current and valid SIA Security Licence is essential
• CCTV Licence is desirable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the security industry in a frontline role
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work full-time hours without restriction
