DIMA Group is looking for an experienced, professional, and proactive SIA Head Door Supervisor to lead security operations at a busy venue in Leith.

Your Responsibilities:

Team Leadership – Supervise and manage security staff on shift.
Client Liaison – Maintain excellent communication with venue management.
Operational Coordination – Keep open dialogue with the Operations Manager.
Security & Safety – Manage crowds, queues, and ensure guest safety.
 Compliance – Enforce venue rules, including dress code and ID checks (Challenge 25).
 Patrolling & Monitoring – Maintain a visible presence inside and outside the venue.
 Conflict Resolution – Handle situations tactfully and, when necessary, safely escort individuals from the premises.
 Emergency Response – Work alongside police, first aiders, and venue management when required.
 Teamwork – Work effectively with like-minded professionals in a fast-paced environment.

 SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Essential)
 Excellent communication skills & a customer-focused approach
 Smart appearance & professional attitude
 5 years of checkable work history
 Ability to work as part of a team
