Description
CIS Security are looking for passionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join CIS Security’s Operational Response Team, who are required to cover shifts throughout the company’s sites around London due to holiday, sickness, gaps, and ad-hoc work.
We require applicants to be SIA licenced and willing to work in Various Environments such as corporate, estates, public space, offices, reception, front of house, higher-education, and high-end shopping centres. Flexibility and being able to travel around London is required for this position, we will guarantee hours per week depending on availability you can work - days, nights & weekends are an option.
Information:
- Position: Security Response Officer
- Location: Various Sites across London
- Pay Rate: Site Related Pay (Between £13.85 to £15.36 per hour)
- Hours: Average 36 hours per week
- Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends
Job Requirements:
- SIA Licence required
- Security and customer service experience is required
- Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
- Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties - long periods of standing, patrolling, reception duties, access control, and lock ups.
- Be calm, professional, and confident under pressure and dealing with confrontational situations
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/patrol for extended periods
- Must be able to travel in and around London areas
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
About You:
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures. You will be part of a team seeing this site through from refurbishment to business as usual and must be comfortable working on a construction site moving into an office environment.
