Description
As the QSR Door Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees through effective management of the venue.
You will be an experienced Door Supervisor at a fast-food venues in the SKEGNESS area, making sure they carry out all tasks relating to the security of the venue, customers and employees.
Job Specification:
- We are looking for seasonal staffing (with an opportunity for permanent)
- It will be between 20-30 hours per week.
- Shifts are usually between 8-10 hours
- It is a PAYE position
- AVG - 20-30 hrs a week over 12 months
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
- Crowd Management: Overseeing queues and crowds to maintain order and prevent bottlenecks.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring the safety and security of the venue, staff, and visitors.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing issues such as drunk or abusive customers, and intervening when necessary.
- Emergency Response: Handling all forms of emergencies and cooperating with first aiders, management, and police.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and other venue-specific rules.
Requirements
- Must own a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Driving Licence desirable
- Have at least 1 years experience of security work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of the role.
- Ability to lead and motivate security staff
- Ability to act quickly and respond to emergency situations
