Arc is an industry leading and award-winning CCTV Operating and Alarm Receiving Centre. We monitor sites across the UK from our recently refurbished, high spec, busy, control room.

As a CCTV Operator your day-to-day duties will include:

- Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity
- Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies
- Updating and reporting on clients recorded information and creating brief incident reports
- Handling and management of alarms

You will be a great problem solver, with a keen eye for detail, you will have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer service possible. The role would suit someone with call handling experience who is unafraid to multi-task.

We are currently looking for full time operators to work night shifts in our 24/7 Control room.

Working 12 hour shifts | 4 Nights on – 4 Nights off | 20:00 – 08:00

You will be required to attend a minimum of 20 hours training in house between 08:00 – 20:00, however we will aim to be as flexible as possible about when this is completed.

All offers of employment are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references from the previous 5 years employment history and vetting checks. Any gaps in employment will have to be verified with evidence such as bank statements.

Starting Salary: Nights - £11.30PH / £24,680 per year
