Door supervisor/Head Doorman

Premium Security Services are currently recruiting SIA Door Supervisors to join our team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join London’s top hospitality security company. We have spent years building an impeccable reputation throughout central London, where we operate 24/7 and work hand-in-hand with the capital’s top clubs & bars.

Applicants need to be able to work Friday and Saturday nights.

As a security operative with us, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that visitors are greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all persons under your duty of care in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.

Customer service is at the core of everything we do. The ideal candidate will be:

· Punctual

· Reliable

· Polite

· Have excellent customer service skills

Previous security experience working in hospitality-based environments is preferable but not a necessity. You will always be provided with the opportunity to learn as part of an experienced team.

All applicants need to have the right to work in the UK and hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence. You will also need to consent to being vetted in line with BS7858 standards.

We offer:

• Guaranteed work on Friday & Saturday nights
• Opportunities for long or short shifts, up to 7 days a week
• Rate of Pay £11-£18ph depending on position & experience
• Weekly pay

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.00-£18.00 per hour
