We welcome applications from people that would like to join us as SIA Security/Steward. We are looking to build a professional driven team of Security/Stewards willing to make our operation the best for Arsenal FC.

Pay Rates from £12 to £15 per hour depending on experience.

PAYE and UTR (Self employed) payments available.

THE ROLE

Secure Alliance are looking for qualified SIA Security/Stewards to join the team to assist in delivering world class Match-day experiences at Arsenal FC for guests.

We are currently seeking forward thinking individuals to become part of that Match-day team. The positions are open to the right people that want to make a difference and want us to achieve the safest stadium in the country.

The successful candidates will be working with the Match-day Crowd Safety Team to identify and report any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators, in order to provide a safe environment for all spectators visiting the Arsenal FC stadium. You will operate as an ambassador for Arsenal FC stadium and provide a best in class service in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst ensuring safety and security standards are maintained at all times.

You must hold a SIA Door Supervisor Licence and preferably NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety to be considered for this role.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROLE

All applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Successful candidates must commit to working a minimum 80% of the Match-days at Arsenal FC. We would also ask you to commit to any additional training required such as customer service and online event specific inductions.

Candidates must be able to provide the following upon request:

• SIA Door Supervisor License.
• Right to Work Documents (Passport / Visa).
• 2 Valid recently dated proofs of address.
• 5 Year checkable work history.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:

All match day staff are currently operating to Government and governing body guidelines.
