Description
Hourly Rate: £10.75
Shift Pattern: Weekday & weekend shifts available. Monday – Friday 10:00-20:00 or Saturday 09:00 - 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly greeting to all customers
- Provide support to the in store team when dealing with thefts and major incidents
- Ensure the safety and security of people, premises and property
- Ensure the store is secure & protected from flood, Damage, fire & theft at all times
- Conduct internal patrols of the store, providing reassurances to the in store team
- Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur escalating accordingly where required
- Comply with all data protection regulations regarding all information accessed during the course of duty
- To ensure you maintain a calm & professional manner at all times
- To ensure that all aspects such as evacuations, security alerts & public disorder are attended to in accordance with training received
- Liaise where necessary with the local authorities to enhance the Security image of the store and outlet
- To carry out any other security related tasks the client may request
Person Specification:
- Personal presentation of a very high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good Organisational skills
- Own transport
- Computer literate
- High level of professionalism
- Reliable with excellent time keeping and attendance
- Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
- Ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
