Weekend Door Supervisors

Weekend Door Supervisor Duties to include overseeing the following:

• Welcoming customers to the venue acting professional and friendly.
• Screening a person's suitability to enter the event or venue and monitoring occupancy. Checking IDs with Scannet ID scan and checking dress code.
• Conducting searches for unauthorised or illegal items and processing the chain of custody.
• Responding to incidents within the venue or hotel. Using de-escalation conflict management skills to resolve situation that may occur within the nightclub.
• Providing a visual presence to prevent and detect crime
• Dealing with vulnerable people and first aid incidents
