Security Officer

VIP Security are looking for a competent and professional SIA licenced Security officer. The ideal candidate will be well-presented and posses a high-level of observation, the candidate will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behaviour, preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behaviour. The Ideal candidate will also be punctual and have a desire to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

· Monitor and authorise entrance to vehicles or people in the property.

· Remove unauthorised personnel from the area.

· Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secured as required.

· Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety
• Active SIA Licence
• ACT Certification
• First Aid Certification
• A great eye for detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to work on own initiative.
