We have a brand-new opportunity for you to join us as a Relief Security Officer based in Milton Keynes. Our client is one of the largest retail and commercial banks based in the UK. The office itself is located within Milton Keynes City Centre and has excellent access to public transport (bus and train station is a 5–10-minute walk away). The Relief Security Officer will be responsible for supporting the on-site security team in delivering a smooth and efficient running of the corporate offices, licensed bar, retail bank & shop floor, restaurant plus food court areas. The role is based at a site which is a mixed-use development in Milton Keynes Central with retail units, a food court, restaurant & bar plus office space. It's a flexible role in a fast-paced environment working as part of a team to deliver outstanding service to customers. The role will mainly involve covering the teams sickness and absence, carrying out ID checks, patrols, access and crowd control, customer management and providing a safe and secure presence.

What do we need from you?

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Customer Service Skills
• Be calm under pressure in dealing with challenging situations in a professional manner
• Self-motivated & able to work on own initiative.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
