Job Title: Guest Safety Host

Location: Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull

Pay Rate: £10.90 per hour

Hours: Average 42, 07.00-19.00 4 on 4 off

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of Touchwood Solihull, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties

• Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area
• Performing regular health and safety checks
• Maintenance of car park machinery
• Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas
• Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities
• Regular and accurate report writing
• Basic Admin
• Fire alarm testing.
• Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
• Proactive interaction with the general public offering Outstanding customer service at all times
• Excellent communication skills

As a Security Officer you will need:

• Valid SIA Licence.
• A valid CCTV Licence is desirable
• Valid Driving Licence
• Highly motivated
• Basic IT Skills
• Excellent customer service skills
