Job Title:  Concierge

Location: Glasgow

Salary:  £10.42

Work Pattern: 4-on-4-off shift pattern on both days and nights.

Job Type: Full Time 

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for residents and visitors.
• Managing access control, greeting guests, and providing information.
• Responding promptly to resident and visitor inquiries and requests.
•  Monitoring and patrolling designated areas for security and safety.
• Collaborating with building management to address and resolve issues.
• Completing reports and administrative duties.
• Upholding the highest standards of customer service.
• Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.

Requirements:

Essential:

• SIA Badge
• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset.
