SIA Door Supervisor Birmingham

Position: SIA Door Supervisor and Head Door for Premium Bars and Venues
Hourly Rate: £14.00-£18.00 
Hours available: Evenings, Weekends, Part Time and Full Time available

A regular Door Supervisor duties' primarily include ensuring a safe and positive experience for all guests, liaising with venue management, accurate incident reporting, Covid compliance and working to the venue security documents.

A Head Door Supervisor position will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and service delivery of the security team, monitoring venue targets, supporting the team reach their potential and ensuring venue security plans are appropriate and adhered to.

During screening you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.

A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.
