LGTBQ+ Friendly Door Supervisors

We are KD Security one of London’s fastest growing private security companies.

We are looking for door supervisors for an exciting new contract in the heart of Soho.

I particularly welcome applications from members of the LGBTQ+ community, so we can reflect the people we look after, but any applicants absolutely must be comfortable working in a bar famous for its LGBTQ+ customer base.

If you have any religious or moral beliefs that frown on homosexuality or if you have any kind of negative opinions of gay/lesbian/trans people then this is definitely not the job for you.

I can offer competitive pay rates, and I really want to build a regular team who can care for our clients and their customers.  The bar is open 7 nights a week so there are plenty of hours for those looking to earn a good wage.

Successful applicants must:-

• Hold a current SIA licence.
• Be able to communicate in fluent English.
• Be over 18 years of age
• Be able to commit to regular shifts.
• Be 100% committed to providing excellent customer service.
