Security Concierge Birmingham

We are looking to recruit experienced Security Concierge Officers for accommodation blocks in Birmingham. Easy transport links by car or bus and 20 minutes walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the security and safety of the building and the residents.

Duties include:-

• Manning the front desk and reception area 
• Dealing with alarm activations, power cuts, lockouts, deliveries and queries from the residents
• Undertaking regular patrols around the block and immediate external areas
• Assisting residents with access to the building / lockouts and deliveries

Essential requirements:-

• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Excellent customer service skills
