Festival Door Supervisor

We are recruiting for a variety of Festival SIA Door Supervisors that will work in the following roles:

• Response
• Eviction
• Searching
• Front of Stage PIT
• Gate Staff

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Supporting with customer arrivals, including carrying out ticket checks, searching individuals and completing ID checks.
• Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team and write incident reports as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with event organiser rules and regulations, including no-smoking areas and no-entry zones.
• Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
• Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
• Regularly patrol designated sections to identify and address any safety hazards or potential issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor License.
• Previous experience as an SIA Door Supervisor.
• Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety would be beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.5
