We are currently recruiting Door Supervisors and Security Guards to join our existing teams to work in various environments, venues and sites throughout Sussex.

These positions offer a variety of roles & locations, including Nightclubs, Bars, Pubs & Hospitals.

The roles we are currently recruiting for are……

Full & Part time permanent Door Supervisors in Brighton and Hove, £12.50p/h-£13.50p/h for clubs, pubs and bars. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday evenings/nights. Sometimes you will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too.

Head Door Supervisor position in Brighton, £14.00p/h. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday evenings/nights. You will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too. You will also need to demonstrate at least 3yrs of experience as a Door supervisor to apply for this vacancy.

Head Door Supervisor position in Worthing, £14.00p/h. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday evenings/nights. You will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too. You will also need to demonstrate at least 3yrs of experience as a Door supervisor to apply for this vacancy.

Part time, permanent Door Supervisors in Worthing, Chichester and Bognor, £12.50p/h-£13.00p/h for pubs and bars. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday evenings/nights. Sometimes you will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too.

Mobile support officer in Brighton, full time, permanent, £12.50p/h. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday plus two other weekday nights. You will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too. You will also need to demonstrate at least 3yrs of experience as a Door supervisor to apply for this vacancy.

CCTV Operator in Brighton. £13.00p/h. This role requires your availability to work on Fridays and Saturday nights. Sometimes you will be offered extra shifts throughout the week too.

SIA Training

Resolve Security conduct inhouse first aid, full SIA and top up courses. Please see our website or social media for the next course dates.

Responsibilities & Requirements....
As an employee with Resolve Security you will be the first point of contact for the venue's guests. You will be required to ensure that they are greeted in the utmost professional and welcoming manner and to provide a great customer experience.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with the SIA and licensing standards.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Respond professionally and promptly to any incidents that may occur.

Ability to remain calm and composed whilst de-escalating situations.

Experience....
Experience is preferred but not essential as full venue requirement training will be provided on site.
