Enigma CCTV are looking for a qualified and ambitious CCTV Operator to join our growing team.

Shift Pattern:

• 12 hour shifts
• Days (8AM to 8PM) and Nights (8PM to 8AM)
• Holiday and sickness absence cover

Pay rate: £13.15 per hour

Location: Colindale, NW9 4EW

Job Summary

To provide a monitoring and control service using CCTV, communication systems and computer based access control systems, within the standards laid down in the Code of Practice and Operational Procedural Manual.

Duties Include:

• Monitoring CCTV cameras in Barnet
• Liaise with the client, Police and CCTV maintenance contractors
• Carry out CCTV footage review/release by completing necessary forms/logs
• Carry out daily camera checks
• Send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client
• Complete any other duties assigned by Enigma Management

Person Specification:

• SIA CCTV Licence is essential
• Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns
• Excellent telephone skills
• IT and Computer literate
• Able to interact with customers
• Willing to do rotating shift pattern
• Customer service and control room experience

Operators may be required to undergo a police vetting procedure or other approved security clearance before commencing duties as a CCTV Supervisor.

Operators may be required to attend court and give evidence on the basis of their duties as a CCTV Operator.
