Security Concierge (Southampton)

We are looking to recruit for an experienced Security Concierge Officer for a large accommodation block a  short walk from the centre of Southampton.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the security and safety of the building and the residents.

Duties include:-

• Manning the front desk and reception area 
• Dealing with alarm activations, power cuts, lockouts, deliveries and queries from the residents
• Undertaking regular patrols around the block and immediate external areas
• Assisting residents with access to the building / lockouts and deliveries

Essential requirements:-

• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Excellent customer service skills
