In terms of the numbers, we’ve seen over 3,000 applicants in the first three weeks. That’s off the back of 60 adverts. Having struggled to recruit quality security staff on other platforms, GuardPass has been an absolute Godsend. I would spend hours trawling applications and wasting time on calling interested individuals, who 9 times out of 10 would be unsuitable for the role because of poor communication skills and/or not speaking English fluently.
