In terms of the numbers, we’ve seen over 3,000 applicants in the first three weeks. That’s off the back of 60 adverts. It was explained to us that we’d be looking to get around about 60, 70 applicants per application across a whole month, compared to other sources that we’ve used, Indeed and other things. That would take us four or five months to get to that level. It makes a massive difference for us that the GuardPass applicants have registered, valid SIA badge numbers. It just saves us so much time in terms of interviewing if we know that we’re interviewing top quality candidates. It’s revolutionized what we do, really, in terms of good quality candidates coming through, but at a high volume, which is what we need to continue to deliver for our clients. It’s just been a pleasure working with the team at GuardPass, from the account managers to sales managers. The level of support that we’ve had, unprecedented really, with regards to other providers that we’ve had. And we’re getting the results, which is fundamentally the most important thing.
