With approximately 800 staff at 1,500 sites across the UK to manage, we have had to resort to booking through external security training companies from time to time, but it’s just not been a fluid experience. Having struggled to recruit quality security staff on other platforms, GuardPass has been an absolute Godsend. I would spend hours trawling applications and wasting time on calling interested individuals, who 9 times out of 10 would be unsuitable for the role because of poor communication skills and/or not speaking English fluently.
