Having struggled to recruit quality security staff on other platforms, GuardPass has been an absolute Godsend. I would spend hours trawling applications and wasting time on calling interested individuals, who 9 times out of 10 would be unsuitable for the role because of poor communication skills and/or not speaking English fluently.
