We’ve enhanced our job posting options with the new annual salary option!
Depending on their requirements, employers now have the flexibility to specify salaries either on an hourly, monthly or annual basis. This gives you greater clarity and precision in your job listings. The update caters to the diverse preferences of employers and candidates, helping you communicate pay structures more effectively.
CV Credit Utilisation
We’ve streamlined the use of CV credits on the portal. Now, CV credits will only be deducted when you perform any of the following actions:
- Downloading an applicant profile
- Initiating a chat with a candidate
- Viewing contact details
- Inviting candidates to jobs
This ensures a smoother process, giving you more clarity on how and when your credits are deducted.
Sick Pay Rebrand
Employers value being as precise in their communication with candidates as possible. To facilitate this, we’ve rebranded the “Sick Pay” feature to “Advanced Sick Pay.”
This rebrand reflects the proactive nature of this feature, designed to help employers provide greater clarity and assurance to jobseekers. Now, every jobseeker will be able to better understand what the job posting entails in terms of employment benefits.
