As such the Director and senior operations team have over 35 years of experience within the industry. In fact, the Operations Directors and Managers all hold full SIA Front line licences to ensure they can personally ensure their experience and knowledge is infused into the structure of Tutelar Security Ltd by its training and mentoring ethos. It is not uncommon for Directors and managers to work with and alongside Tutelar Security Ltd staff on sites or contracts to ensure Client and company standards and requirements are met.
