2.1 GuardPass Limited is not liable for any incorrect data supplied by employers or candidates, which may cause delays or inaccuracies in the vetting report.
2.2 Employers must acknowledge that if candidates drop out of the process or stop responding, costs will still be incurred due to credit consumption.
3.1 We use various authorised third-party vendors to complete the vetting process and ID verification.
For Candidates
1.1 Candidates must provide explicit consent for their information to be used in the vetting process.
1.2 Candidates' information and documents will be checked for authenticity and verification using various third-party vendors.
2.1 Providing inaccurate or incomplete data can delay the vetting process.
2.2 Candidates must respond to our requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.
3.1 GuardPass Limited is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
4.1 Purpose of Data Processing We process your personal data for the purposes of vetting, screening, and assessing employment suitability, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.2 International Data Processing To provide our vetting services, your personal data may be accessed and processed by our authorised administrators, including those based outside the United Kingdom. 7.1 Face Data: YOTI collects face data to verify the liveness of applicants and ensure that the identification documents are being submitted by a real person.
7.2 Document and Proof of Address: YOTI also collects identity documents and proof of address as part of the verification process.
7.3 Data Storage and Retention: YOTI stores the collected data in secure data centers located in the United Kingdom. Face data is retained for up to 28 days, after which it is securely deleted.
