Premium Venues - Manchester

We have an interesting opportunity at a PREMIUM VENUES, requiring experienced Door Supervisors from the Hospitality sector.

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in MANCHESTER, who want regular work in this vibrant and busy venue. A good rate of pay is offered to people with the relevant level of experience for this high-profile role. Please feel free to discuss this at application stage where we can provide more information.

Ideal candidates: 

Will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers. 

Previous experience is essential in bars and clubs. 

Hours available 20-30hrs per week

1 year Experience within a High end Hospitality environment.

Job Specification: 

• This is a part-time role.
• Regular work 
• It will be between 20-30 hours per week.
• Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND
• Check location of job role and if transportation is needed (you will need to organise this yourself to get to the shift)

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent customer service experience and a “can do” positive attitude.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure.
