Christmas Relief Security Concierge Egham & Surrey Area

We are looking to recruit experienced Security Concierge Officers for Student Accommodation in the Egham, Guildford, and Aldershot Areas.  Easy transport links, however, must be able to drive and have a car as this is for the Christmas Period.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the security and safety of the building and the residents.

Duties include:-

• Manning the front desk and reception area 
• Dealing with alarm activations, power cuts, lockouts, deliveries, and queries from the residents
• Undertaking regular patrols around the block and immediate external areas
• Assisting residents with access to the building/lockouts and deliveries

Essential requirements:-

• Smart and well-presented appearance
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Punctuality is essential
