SIA Head Door Supervisor Responsibilities :

Manage the team of staff on shift.

Liaise with Clients.

Keep open communication with the Operation Manager.

Be the first point of contact for any issues that arise

Manage crowds and queues.

Make sure people adhere to the dress code.

Check ID for anyone that looks under the age of 25.

Patrol inside and outside the venue.

Monitor people's behaviour and tactfully deal with conflict.

Restrain and escort people out of the venue, if necessary.

Deal with emergencies.

Co-operate with police, first aiders and management.

Adhere to operational instructions .

You will be working alongside like minded people so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Essential Requirement :

SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Excellent Communication Skills

Must be of smart appearance
5 yrs checkable work history
Be able to work as part of a team
