Dual Service Manager

Your job will include:

Operational management of soft services for Grosvenor Shopping Centre and successful management, coordination and delivery of the contract related to onsite cleaning and security.

Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving service excellence throughout the Shopping Centre
• Communicating effectively with Centre Management Team
• Continually monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team to ensure the required standards of delivery are met
• Representing Westgrove at SLA meetings
• Ensure staffing levels are kept in line with the contractual agreement, recruiting as required and carrying out training
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service delivery
• Any other reasonable Management request

As a Dual Service Manager, you will need:

• Previous experience in Security, Cleaning or operational management/supervisor
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding motivational and people management skills.
• True leadership skills necessary to achieve ambitious targets
• SIA licensed
• First Aid at Work would be desirable for this role, training can be provided as required
