SIA Area Supervisor

DIMA GROUP is committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. are seeking an experienced SIA Area Supervisor to join our team in Edinburgh. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with front-line security experience to take the next step in their career, combining security supervision with administrative duties. This is a permanent position (pro-rated for 30 hours), plus the option for overtime.

As an Area Supervisor, you will lead a team of security officers, ensuring the smooth operation of security services across various sites, while also taking on office-based administrative responsibilities to support day-to-day operations. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring high standards of security, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities: 

Front Line Supervision:

• Oversee and manage a team of security officers on site across multiple locations
• Ensure all security procedures are followed and all incidents are dealt with effectively and professionally 
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to security staff, ensuring high standards of performance conduct. 
• ● To support in the management of the weekly staff rotas and confirm with staff and
  clients

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
