Security Concierge Plymouth

We are looking to recruit for a number of experienced Security Concierge Officers for Plymouth. Spread over 5 buildings, you will need to have a car to complete patrols and callouts.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the security and safety of the building and the residents.

Duties include:-

• Manning the front desk and reception area 
• Dealing with alarm activations, power cuts, lockouts, deliveries and queries from the residents
• Undertaking regular patrols around the blocks and immediate external areas
• Assisting residents with access to the building / lockouts and deliveries
• Providing the residents, guests and colleagues with a seamless and customer focussed service
