Door Supervisor - Premium Venue - Kings Norton

We have an interesting opportunity at a PREMIUM VENUE, requiring experienced Door Supervisors from the Hospitality sector.

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in KINGS NORTON, who want regular work in this vibrant and busy venue. A good rate of pay is offered to people with the relevant level of experience for this high-profile role. Please feel free to discuss this at application stage where we can provide more information.

Ideal candidates: 

Will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers. 

Previous experience is essential in bars and clubs. 

Hours available 12-15 – Friday and Saturday 

Experience Personnel only. 

Job Specification: 

• This is a part-time role.
• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 12-15 hours per week.
• Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND
• Check location of job role and if transportation is needed (you will need to organise this yourself to get to the shift)

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
