Description
Do you have 5* customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly and secure corporate security service for many of our prestigious clients and sites.
We are looking for a 5* ambassador to represent CIS Security who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users in various sites around London.
Job Requirements:
- SIA Licence required
- Customer Service experience required
- Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
- Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
- A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
- To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language
- The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
During the interview process there will be a number of assessments which will be required for you to complete to move to the next stage of the process.
